Job Description

FiVerity’s Operations Manager is essential for the smooth running of the company on a day-to-day basis and helps support multiple departments.



  • Managing FiVerity’s HR function / Payroll service liaison
  • Issuing & tracking offer letters
  • Overseeing recruiting and arranging interviews


  • Executive support and coordination for, transactions, financings.
  • Organizing internal and external staff meetings and company events
  • Maintaining the company’s public persona through email responses
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Managing the office and its budget
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees and interns
  • SOC II Compliance and operations oversight

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Helping to provide sales enablement in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Support for Sales Training for Enterprise and Inside Sales
  • Organizing marketing events, conferences and trade show participation


  • 5 years of experience
  • HR training, hiring and HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Knowledge of key software packages, including Salesforce.com
